At 6:16 PM on Wednesday, April 27, Ambulance 89-1 was dispatched along with units from the Geigertown (24), Gibraltar (23), and Twin Valley (69) Fire Companies to the 70 block of Weaver Road in Robeson Township for a house fire.

Communications was reporting a house fire, with fire in the kitchen.

Fire units arrived and commenced fire operations, holding the fire damage to the kitchen. However the rest of the home sustained smoke damage.

Ambulance 89-1 arrived and stood by in case of any illness or injury. Fortunatley there were none, to the residents or firefighters.

Ambulance 89-1 was released by Chief 24, and returned to station shortly after 7PM.
