At 6:41 PM on the evening of Wednesday October 26, Station 89 along with Twin Valley Fire (Station 69) was dispatched to the intersection of Manor & Bulltown Roads (Routes 82 & 345) in West Nantmeal Township for a vehicle accident.

Ambulance 89-1 made the response along with an engine and rescue from TVFD. Chester County 911 advised the responding units of a vehicle overturned in the area of the intersection. Units approached the intersection with nothing apparent. After further investigation, Deputy Fire Chief Brooks arrived on the scene and corrected the location to Manor Road north of Lammey Road, south of the "S"-turn. Units arrived to find a single vehicle that had struck a utility pole and overturned, blocking the roadway.

Ambulance 89-1's crew approached the operator, who stated that the was not injured and was declining EMS services. The Ambulance stood by for a brief time before being released by incident command.
