19:00hrs - Ambulance 89-1 was dispatched along with Twin Valley Fire Department at the intersection of Ridge Rd & Bulltown Rd. Initial reports indicated 2 vehicles vs. a trash truck with one of the vehicles on fire with flames from the engine compartment. Additional reports indicated the fire was out, while the trash truck had a damaged fuel tank and was actively leaking fuel.

Ambulance 89-1 arrived on location simultaneously with paramedic 193, with EMS performing a rapid extrication followed by the immediate transport of one patient, requesting Ambulance 189-1 to the scene to obtain a refusal from another patient involved.

Crews from Twin Valley FD cleaned up the fluids and debris.
