On April 12th, 2024, The Twin Valley Fire Department and Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Manor Road in West Nantmeal Township for an auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units and Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a 2-vehicle accident with at least 1 subject to be checked. Ambulance 189 and 89-23 (V. Motter) arrived and began triaging the scene for potential patients. Ambulance 189 requested 2 additional ambulances to the scene due to multiple injured patients. Ambulance 89 cleared a previous call and responded to the scene and Westwood Micu 244 was dispatched as the 3rd due ambulance.

Ambulance 89 and Micu 244 arrived a short time later and both units were given their respective patients by the crew of Ambulance 189. Ambulance 189 and Ambulance 89 transported their respective patients to an area hospital for a further evaluation. Micu 244 cleared the call a short time later. Twin Valley Fire Department remained on the scene to assist with traffic control and to await the arrival of the tow company.

Elverson-Honey Brook EMS cleared the call at 18:07.
