Yesterday, representatives from the Chester County EMS Region visited our station to conduct the state licensure inspection for our new 2024 Transit/Wheeled Coach all-wheel-drive ambulance. This vehicle is outfitted with state-of-the-art safety features and a Ferno Power Load system (installation pending), along with all required equipment to ensure we continue providing the highest quality care to the residents we serve.
Ambulance 89A going into service marks the completion of the first phase of our comprehensive vehicle replacement plan, which is focused on updating our fleet at both stations. This initiative aims to reduce maintenance costs and ensure that our frontline vehicles align with current industry best practices.
We remain committed to providing our staff and patients with the safest, most advanced equipment possible. This addition reflects that commitment.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Chester County EMS Office for their prompt support in licensing this vehicle, to Atlantic Emergency Services for serving as our local dealer, and to all our municipal partners and the grant programs that helped make this acquisition possible. Your continued support enables us to serve our community to the best of our ability. |
