| Today around 3pm Elverson EMS (89) along with Honey Brook Ambulance (33) and Twin Valley Fire Department (69) were dispatched to the intersections of Rt 401 and Rt 345 for an MVC with unknown injuries. The accident was reported to Chester County 911 by a passing motorist and had no reports of injuries. Squad 89 responded and within minutes arrived in the area. There was no accident found at the intersection so Squad 89 headed east on Rt 401 and 69 Fire Police officers took the other directions to search for the accident. Squad 89 arrived soon after the search began for the motorist to find a single vehicle collision. Fortunately everyone in the vehicle was not injured. Squad 89 along wit 69 Fire Police waited on the scene for the PA State Police (PSP) arrived. When PSP arrived on the scene the call for a tow truck was made by the Trooper. Squad 89 and 69 Fire Police were then released from the scene by PSP. |
