11:22hrs - Ambulance 189-1 were dispatched along with Honey Brook FC to the 7100 block of division highway for an auto accident involving a motorcycle. Chief 33 arrived on location reporting the operator of the MC down in the roadway unconscious, ambulance 189-1 and Lancaster County paramedic 440 (Ephrata) arrived on location with paramedic 440 requesting the dispatch of a helicopter due to the condition of the patient. A landing zone was setup in the roadway, Jeffstat 3 arrived, then flew the patient to a trauma center. The highway was closed for police to perform an investigation of the crash.
