I am pleased to publicly introduce our complete officer team.

Battalion Chief Melody Kachel
89-21
Melody Kachel is the Battalion Chief for Elverson Honey Brook Area EMS. She has been providing quality emergency medical care to the community for 26 years. She began her career as a volunteer first responder with her local ambulance company and still volunteers her time with this organization. In 2011 she became an EMT. She is EMT instructor, CPR instructor, and Stop the Bleed instructor. She has worked for Elverson Honey Brook EMS since 2013. When not serving her community, she is a wife, and mother of 5 girls.

Lieutenant Jeremy Motter

Jeremy Motter is currently a Lieutenant with Elverson Honey Brook Area EMS after 5 years of dedicated service to the organization. He began his career in public safety as a volunteer firefighter at the age of 14. Over the following 19 years he has obtained his EMT certification, as well as additional other training, while working in a variety of different environments that offer interesting challenges unique to those rural or urban environments. Jeremy is also a proud husband to Tori and father to Josephine and Arabella who keep him busy outside of work.

Lieutenant Paul Bixler

Paul Bixler is a Lieutenant for EHBEMS. He has been a member of the public safety community since 1997, serving as an EMT, Firefighter and other various roles. He is always taken courses to keep up on his skills and deliver high quality patient care. He would like to advance himself in the future. AEMT, Instructor, Preceptor and maybe a Chief officer one day!
