On January 23rd, 2023, The Caernarvon Fire Co. and Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 2000 block of Main Street in Caernarvon Township Lancaster County for a reported auto accident.

Ambulance 189-1 responded to the scene which additional information was given by the Lancaster and Chester County 911 Centers of a single vehicle into a pole. Ambulance 189-1 was the first arriving unit to confirm the report with 1 subject out of the vehicle a request for Advance Life Support to the scene was made by Ambulance 189-1 due to the Patients injuries.

The Caernarvon Fire Company arrived shortly after and controlled the hazards on the vehicle and handled traffic control of the scene. Ambulance 189-1 and Tower Direct Micu 193 transported 1 subject to an area trauma center for injuries that were sustained from the accident.
