On September 25th, 2023, at 11:19 am the Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson- Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to Main Street in the area of Morview Boulevard for an accident involving tractor trailers.

Chief 69 (Hornberger), Chief 89 (Welch) and Ambulance 189 both responded to the scene and were given additional information from the Chester County 911 Center of 2 Tractor Trailers involved with 1 Tractor Trailer overturned. Chief 69 arrived to confirm the accident would be located on the off ramp from Interstate 176. Chief 69 assumed the command role for this incident and requested fire police to the scene to shut down the roadway.

Ambulance 189 and Chief 89 arrived to immediately triage the scene for potential patients. Rescue 69 arrived and mitigated the hazards on the vehicles involved in the accident. Rescue 69's crew also assisted with traffic control around the accident scene until the arrival of fire police. Ambulance 189 evaluated 1 subject for minor injuries sustained from the accident.

Ambulance 189 cleared the scene at 11:48 while the Twin Valley Fire Department remained on-scene to allow the police department to conduct an investigation and to await the arrival of a tow company.
