On January 9th, 2024, at 5:28 am the Honey Brook Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the area of Chestnut Tree and Suplee Roads in Honey Brook Township for an auto accident.

Ambulance 189-1 and Deputy 33 (Ream) made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a 1 vehicle rollover accident. Deputy 33 arrived to confirm an icy roadway with 1 patient self-extricated from the vehicle. Ambulance 189-1 arrived to begin patient care and Rescue 33 arrived and secured the hazards on the vehicle while also providing light to the scene.

Deputy 33 made a request for Penndot to respond with a salt truck for the icy roadway. Ambulance 189-1 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for their injuries. Honey Brook Fire units remained on the scene to await a local tow company and also the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Ambulance 189-1 went available at 7:02 am.
