On May 27th, 2025, at 6:15 Ludwigs Corner Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 3000 block of Conestoga Road in East Nantmeal Township for an auto accident.

Ludwigs Corner Fire Company units along with Ambulance 89 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a single vehicle had run off of the road and ended up in a ditch. The caller also reported 1 subject needed to be checked.

Assistant 73 (Tryniszewski) arrived and confirmed the report. Ambulance 89 arrived and started patient care and requested a 2nd ambulance to the scene for a 2nd patient. Ambulance 89 started transport to an area hospital as Ambulance 189 arrived for the 2nd patient. Rescue 73 arrived and secured the hazards on the vehicle while also directing traffic around the accident scene.

All Elverson-Honey Brook EMS units were clear of the call at 8:04.
