On June 3rd, 2025, at 00:14 Honey Brook Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 2000 block of Horseshoe Pike for an auto accident.

Honey Brook Fire Company units along with Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a car had collided with a pickup truck hauling a trailer with at least 1 subject to be checked.

Ambulance 189 arrived 6 minutes after the dispatch to confirm the report. Ambulance 189's crew triaged the scene and confirmed that there was only 1 patient to be checked. Honey Brook Fire Company units arrived to control the hazards on the vehicles and to provide lighting of the scene.

Ambulance 189 determined that the patient would need a further evaluation and started transport to an area hospital. Honey Brook Fire Company units remained on the scene to assist the police department and to await the local tow company.
