On June 3rd, 2025, at 06:28 Caernarvon Fire Company (Churchtown) along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics (Micu 93) were dispatched to the intersection of N. Churchtown Rd and Main Street in Caernarvon Township Lancaster County for a vehicle accident.

Caernarvon Fire Company units along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics made the response and were advised by the Lancaster County 911 Center that Captain 34-2 was on location and reported a motorcyclist down in the roadway unresponsive.

Caernarvon Fire Company units along with Ambulance 189 and Micu 93 arrived and were directed to the motorcyclist by the fire company personnel. The occupant of the motorcycle was the only patient and was in critica condition. All responders worked collaboratively to provide the patient with the best possible care and quickly loaded this patient into Ambulance 189 for transport.

Ambulance 189 and Micu 93 transported the motorcyclist to an area trauma center. Caernarvon Fire Company units remained on the scene to assist the police department with their investigation and to provide traffic control around the scene.

Ambulance 189 cleared the call at 07:45.
