On July 19th, 2025, at 8:02 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct Paramedics were dispatched to the Pennsylvania Turnpike West Bound Mile Marker 294.2 West Bound in Caernarvon Township Lancaster County for a roll over auto accident.

Twin Valley Fire Department units along with Elverson- Honey Brook EMS and Tower Direct EMS units made the immediate response and were advised by the caller that a truck had left the roadway and rollover into the tree line and no one had reportedly exited the vehicle.

Ambulance 89 was the first arriving unit just 8 minutes after the dispatch to find all occupants out of the vehicle with minor injuries. After assessing the scene and furthering assessment of the patients the additional responding units were recalled by Ambulance 89. Ambulance 89 remained on the scene to allow the Pennsylvania State Police to speak to the occupants of the vehicle. Ambulance 89 transported 2 patients to an area hospital for their injuries as a result of this accident.

Ambulance 89 cleared the call at 9:42.
