On July 19th, 2025, at 10:41 Twin Valley Fire Department along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS and area mutual aid were dispatched to the 4100 block of Conestoga Road in East Nant Meal Township for a reported house fire.

Twin Valley Fire Department units along with Ambulance 89 and mutual aid units made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported some work was being performed in the basement and she believed a power line may have been struck causing a fire.

Battalion 69-A (Romig) arrived with nothing showing from the exterior and upon further investigation scaled the assignment back to Twin Valley Fire Department, Ludwigs Corner Fire Company, Elverson-Honey Brook EMS while also making a notification to Peco as the main power line for the home had been compromised. Units arrived and quickly mitigated the situation and secured the power to the home.
