On September 2nd, 2025, at 8:13 Glen Moore Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Manor and Creek Roads in West Nantmeal Township for an auto accident.

Glen Moore Fire Company units and Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a 2-vehicle accident at the intersection with a report of a vehicle that had rolled over with unknown injuries. Additional callers reported at least one subject with injuries.

Glen Moore Fire Company units arrived and began securing the hazards on the vehicles while also sweeping debris from the roadway. Ambulance 189 arrived and began care on the injured subject. Ambulance 189 determined that 1 subject would need to be transported to an area hospital for a further evaluation and requested a medic unit meet them enroute. Tower Direct Paramedics were dispatched to assist Ambulance 189.

Glen Moore Fire Company units remained on the scene to assist the Pennsylvania State Police with their investigation while also providing traffic control around the accident scene.

Ambulance 189 cleared the call at 10:01.
