On September 15th, 2025, at 16:04 Honey Brook Fire Company along with Elverson-Honey Brook EMS were dispatched to the 900 block of Compass Road for an auto accident.

Honey Brook Fire Company units and Ambulance 189 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a 3-vehicle accident involving a farm tractor with 1 to be checked.

Honey Brook Fire Company units arrived and controlled the hazards on the vehicles while also sweeping debris from the roadway. Ambulance 189 arrived and assumed care of 1 patient and determined that patient would need to be transported to an area hospital for a further evaluation.

Honey Brook Fire Company units remained on the scene to assist the Pennsylvania State Police with their investigation and to assist with traffic control around the accident scene.

Ambulance 189 cleared the call at 17:38.
