| Today, our team had the privilege of delivering two ambulances packed with toys, coats, and bicycles to Anchored Ministries for their annual winter program. Chief Welch, Battalion Chief Ostrowski, and EMT Ward represented EHBEMS during the drop-off, arriving with vehicles filled to the roof thanks to the remarkable generosity of our community.
This year’s effort will help ensure that more than 400 children experience a warm, joyful holiday season. The donations collected from residents, local partners, and friends across our region will become coats that keep a child warm at the bus stop, toys that bring excitement on a tough year, and bikes that open the door to adventure. Every item reflects the caring spirit that defines our community.
We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed, shared the message, or supported the drive in any way. Your kindness makes a real difference for families facing hardship, and it is an honor for our EMS family to play a small part in delivering that hope.
Thank you for standing with us once again and helping brighten the season for so many children. Our community continues to show what is possible when we come together. |
